Use the icons in unlimited commercial or personal projects — websites, mobile and desktop apps, presentations, video, print collateral, packaging, signage, and merchandise.

Modify, recolour, recombine, and adapt the icons in any way for your projects. Convert between formats. Generate sprites and icon-font subsets. Trim the source files to ship only the icons you actually use.

Use the icons across all platforms and distribution channels (web, iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux, embedded, IoT). There are no per-impression, per-view, per-user, or per-device fees.

Use the icons in marketing collateral, advertising creative, and social-media posts representing the buying organisation.

Up to 5,000 unique icons may be used in any single project, website, application, or product. Most teams use far fewer — a typical product UI uses 50–200 icons end-to-end.

If you anticipate exceeding the 5,000-icon cap in one project (typical for very large enterprise apps, icon-as-a-service products, or platforms with many sub-features), the Extended License removes the cap entirely.

Up to five (5) designers or developers in your organisation may use the purchased library at any time. Seats are per-person, not per-device — a single designer using both a laptop and a desktop counts as one seat.

Adding seats beyond five requires the Extended License (no cap) or the Enterprise tier (covers up to 50 designers + developers). Email hello@roundicons.com for a custom seat arrangement.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, transfer, or otherwise grant rights to the icons as standalone files or as part of a competing icon library.

You may not use the icons as the main, core product. Examples of disallowed products: icon libraries, icon-search engines, icon-as-a-service platforms, design-system marketplaces that distribute the icons as standalone assets.

You may not include the icons in templates, themes, UI kits, or plugins sold or distributed to end users where the icons would be redistributed as design assets. (The Extended License covers this case.)

You may not modify or remove copyright notices and license headers embedded in the source SVG, AI, or IconJar files. Compiled outputs (PNG exports, fonts, sprite sheets) need not include the notices.

You may not register or trademark the icons or any derivative work as your own.

Roundicons (operating as Vectopus Studio) retains all copyright in the original icon artwork. This license grants you the right to USE the icons under the terms above — it does not transfer ownership.

Derivative works you create using the icons (composite illustrations, recoloured sets, custom integrations) are licensed to you under the same Standard License terms — they aren't separately copyrightable as standalone icons but you own the derived composition.

After 30 days, refund requests are evaluated case-by-case. Defects in the source files, missing formats promised on the pack page, or accidental double-charges are always refunded.

Icons you've downloaded are yours forever — that does not depend on continued payment or subscription.

Your account receives free pack updates and newly-released packs for one year from purchase. After the first year, an optional $49/year renewal keeps your account receiving new packs. Declining the renewal leaves every previously-downloaded icon intact and fully licensed under these Standard terms.

This license remains valid as long as you comply with its terms. Material breach (resale, redistribution, removing copyright notices) may result in termination — at which point continued use of the icons requires a new license.

Termination does not entitle Roundicons to claw back work you've shipped to the public before the termination date. Future use after termination requires re-licensing.

The icons are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Roundicons' total liability under this license is limited to the amount you paid for the icons.

We don't warrant that the icons are free of third-party trademark, design-patent, or copyright conflicts in your specific jurisdiction or industry. Most icons depict generic concepts (arrows, gears, faces, devices) but some categories (brand logos, identifiable products, cultural symbols) may carry localised restrictions — verify before publishing in regulated contexts.

We may revise this license to clarify language or address new use cases. Material changes that reduce the rights granted require sixty (60) days' notice via email to the account on file. The version of the license in effect on the date you purchased applies to your purchase.
